Returns & Exchanges

At Kinn Jewelry, we want you to cherish your modern heirlooms forever. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on all non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging, including the signature Kinn box and any authenticity certificates, to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return for unworn condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
